Our Story
Humble Beginnings
​
In 2002, Pastor Kelvin felt a calling to solidify his understanding of God's Word by attending the Christian World College of Theology in Delmar, Maryland, guided by Rev. Ray Chamberlain. His initial goal was to enhance his relationship with God, but as he encountered many individuals struggling with addictions, he was inspired to launch a mission focused on restoring souls to Christ. In 2005, he founded RSM, fueled by the support of family, friends, and community members who contributed their time and resources to this faith-based recovery initiative. As the ministry expanded, so did its focus, evolving into a platform for teaching and study to meet the growing needs of those seeking spiritual healing and restoration in Christ.

Today
RSM is now home to many members from all over the states, and from all walks of life, and has helped countless individuals find recovery and healing in Jesus Christ. If you've been with us just once, we consider you, too, a part of the family. You are treasured and you are loved - always! ​

that God has a perfect plan and a purpose for each and every one of us.

that the Church is a community of believers, called to worship, fellowship, and serve others, and in order to truly love, honor and worship God - we must also love His children.

​that God exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit.
Our faith is rooted in the love of the Father, who sent His Son as a perfect sacrifice for our redemption (John 3:16). We celebrate Jesus, the Son of God, who lived a sinless life, died for our sins, and rose again, promising to return for us. We also embrace the Holy Spirit, whose divine presence empowers, guides and convicts us.
